For those of you familiar with the PovertyCup series I started for VF, I am now going to host the Poverty Circuit! The circuit will be a monthly tournament series that will take place on the last Sunday of every month and streamed via IcKY99 and the featured game will be voted for by YOU! I am excited to attempt gather people together for this series. The first game up will be Street Fighter Alpha 3!
